Furthermore, The Patriot Act makes it a criminal act to sell real estate to undocumented buyers

Criminal? Isn't that against the law?

These trespasser essentially have no legal documentation of anything, EVEN DATE or PLACE OF BIRTH.

Feds arrested a guy a few weeks ago for selling millions of forged ID's three million to LA are alone.

Then there is the Matricula card that is recognized almost everywhere.

I also want to know were that two story brick is located, in post 25, going for only $120.00.

My daughter bought a 1200 square foot house less than six months ago, for $194,000.00, last week it was appraised at $304,000.00.

Sorry, but I've read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals," so I'm not wasting my time playing THAT game.

The 15% figure is widely used by the BP and other groups. You don't like the facts, tough.

The loans that illegals are obtaining are government backed 3% loans with up to $60,000.00 downpayment built into the loan. Isn't every legal citizen in this country being offered this deal?

"Sorry, but I've read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals," so I'm not wasting my time playing THAT game."

As I recall "Rules for Radicals" was about things like farting in department stores, not making up statistics and then refusing to give the source.

"Never owned a home have you."

Maybe that is part of your problem in dealing with illegal aliens. You need to have a stake in America.

Many banks are now advertising in Spanish and hiring Spanish speakers as loan originators and other sales or front line staff. My brother-in-law is one. His job is to make mortgage loans to legal residents in an area of Pennsylvania that has a large Hispanic population.

As I said on the previous thread, my bank's compliance officer was able to rattle off five or six laws and regulations that prohibit us from lending to illegals off the top of his head. The problem here is that too many people automatically assume that Hispanic means illegal and that anyone doing business in Spanish is supporting illegal immigration.

That's it. I'm changing my name to Hector Gonzalez and renouncing US citizenship. Can I have a house now?

Try having someone read the posts to you and explain what they mean.

I was signing up for cable TV today, and they wanted my SS#. So I said, "Well, what if I don't have a SS#, you know what I mean?" And the response was, "Oh, just go down to the local office with two IDs and they'll give you service ..."

That seems to be part of your problem, not mine. You have yet to make a post that I have read that makes any sense whatsoever as to illegal aliens. You seem to be part of the problem, not the solution.

The risk of deportation? Oh, please. The house would be more likely to be crushed by a meteorite. We'd sooner have oceanfront property in Arizona. It would be more likely that an American citizen would be thrown in jail for a seven-year-old illegal parking citation after the clerk of court loses the payment record.

"Oh, c'mon, that's ridiculous! Why should we deal with these illegals," you cry to the bank. Your anger is misguided. This trend reveals the long-term lax enforcement of immigration laws. At the current rate of deportation, we'd clear half the illegal immigrants about 200,000 years from now. Once they're across the border, they don't go back unless they want to return.

If the local revenue hawks treat illegal parking as a far more serious crime than feds treat our pervasive illegal immigration plague, then why bother have immigration laws at all? Why don't we just wipe this formality from the law books and make anyone who attains American soil for a day, a week, whatever, automatically legal? Heck, that's the de facto law.

Bayou is the most prolific poster here regards promoting law-breaking, treason and a lack of national security. He is especially fond of slamming American citizens as "slackers," "druggies" and...

"Accept the fact that there are men who will not work as long as they can live off their parents, wives, girlfriends, welfare, drug dealing, stealing, etc..."

Every utterance bayourod utters is in deference to illegal aliens.

I do admire the persistance but I'm sick of the slander against American citizens and the advocacy of law-breaking.

I have yet to read anything that would conflict with that comment.

We've seen their type before.

Quisling: a synonym for traitor, someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country.

What section of the The Patriot Act is it in?
