PING

While doing some research on the USDB thread, I stumbled across this website that has some amazing artwork, of many of the conflicts, I felt they were worth sharing with my fellow Freepers.

I hope you will agree.

I am glad you enjoyed them, I will add a few more tomorrow, getting a bit tired.

It is kind of like the commercial where you can't eat just one, I could not help myself and continued to open up websites in my quest for information on the military history of the USDB.

Thanks for the ping.

I'm always interested in what our Military can do - their artwork and their diaries have provided us a different view of war down through the ages.

Thanks for posting these and feel free to ping me again when you post more of them.

God bless our Military and keep them safe.

I do not have a formal ART PING list. I stumbled across these photo's researching the USDB. But, if I find some more, I will gladly PING you to the thread.

Hope your art class enjoys your findings.

Again, thanks for the comment.

Glad you enjoyed the thread. It just occured to me, I would love to purchase a couple of these, would it not be something that these artist's could offer these and perhaps a portion go to the troops recovering from injuries suffered by the war.

Just a thought.
