I started to say, "... wouldn't be caught dead in Pinellas County" but the trouble is, to get caught dead in Pinellas County, all you have to do is show up and bring your bank book.

The euthanazi's tried to replicate what Doc Mengela did in Germany by having a sick exhibit of corpses from China. The Bodies in the exhibit aren't cooperating if they are melting. The euthanazi's and the death care system doesn't win them all.

thanks FV, i really appreciate any prayer for him. Honestly, I pray that God will take him quickly just to spare him the pain he will have to endure till he dies. My mother said he was in better spirits this afternoon and actually got up out of bed to eat and do a few simple things. But no doubt he is so much pain and in the end of days for himself. I will keep you and everyone posted.

Schiavo seeks to sue wife's caregivers

(CNSNews.com) -- Michael Schiavo has asked a Florida court to extend the deadline for him to file lawsuits under the state's medical malpractice laws. The move indicates that Schiavo could be planning to sue some of the medical professionals who cared for his former wife, Terri Schiavo.

Cybercast News Service has learned that the request is related to an alleged incident of medical malpractice that occurred on or about Aug. 14, 2003. Terri Schiavo was admitted to Morton Plant Hospital on Aug. 15, 2003 for an infection that developed into pneumonia.

A source with knowledge of the petition, who did not want to be identified, speculated that Michael might be planning to sue the hospice where Terri was being kept at that time for alleged violation of a "Do Not Resuscitate" order he had placed on her medical chart. Michael had asked the court to intervene and block the hospital from treating Terri's infection, but a judge refused the request.



Michael Schiavo's attorney in the matter, Mark Perenich, told the Tampa Bay Tribune that he could not discuss the details of the request or identify who might be the subject of any potential lawsuit. Florida law establishes a two-year statute of limitations for medical malpractice claims, unless a potential plaintiff receives an extension from the courts.

Schiavo had previously criticized two nurses, Carla Sauer Iyer and Heidi Law, and a certified nursing assistant, Carolyn Johnson, who, as Cybercast News Service previously reported, disputed Schiavo's descriptions of his wife's condition. The caregivers had also filed affidavits in conjunction with a complaint to the Florida Department of Children and Family Services by Terri's parents, Robert and Mary Schindler.

The individual with knowledge of the petition, who spoke to Cybercast News Service, said Iyer, Law and Johnson would be unlikely targets because they were criticized for allegedly violating Terri's "privacy," not for alleged malpractice.

Terri Schiavo died March 31, two weeks after her husband had her feeding and hydration tube removed by court order. She suffered from a brain injury caused by oxygen deprivation. An autopsy determined that Terri had never had a heart attack, nor suffered from a potassium imbalance as argued by attorneys for her husband in a previous medical malpractice lawsuit. The autopsy determined that Terri Schiavo's cause of death was dehydration. The medical examiner ruled the manner of her death "undetermined" because the cause of the oxygen deprivation that caused her brain injury could not be identified.

The first two malpractice suits were both fraudulent. Sooner or later the facts and the law are going to catch up with Michael. But that's the way it is with criminals. When they get away with their crimes, they get overconfident and make some thoughtless mistake.

Hospice pays PROTECTION TO THE PINELLAS PARK POLICE DEPT. SO HE AND JUDGE GREER, ET AL CAN KILL HIS WIFE and he is suing Hospice? Now, he's getting carried away.

Hospice paid approx. $138,000 for PROTECTION from the jack booted thugs and now he's suing Hospice? I'd say that Hospice has grounds for a counter-claim. Maybe they'll wise up some time and get back to their original mission statement which was sound.

Are we certain that HINO is suing Hospice? I haven't seen anything from the press about it.

I bet that Jeb's Governor's line is getting tired of hearing from Terri's supporters. Too bad. This was on their watch and they let it happen.

A Christian radio station wanted to interview soft spoken Christians from the Vigil. In other words, I was pre-screened and was ready to go on the air. Then I said the following "This is the Terri War." Suddenly, she got a cell call and had to be on her way. I guess I wasn't soft spoken enough.

Does my censored comment ring true today? I think it is the Terri War, a cultural war and a war fueled by HINO and the ilk who take him as a client and the judges who are getting a little something under the table.

FV, Insight is a fairly significant magazine put out by Washington Times, which is established as a balance to the liberal Washington Post. So that might give this hospice suit some credibility.

I am not surprised. When as T'wit says, evil people get away with their crimes they see themselves as untouchable, above reach, and they lose perspective, ready to attack anything.

His last suit imo, will be in fed bankruptcy court in Tampa. But, the good news is that if you live in Florida like O.J. Simpson does, you don't lose your home in bankruptcy.

It was kind of revealing to be interviewed, to say the truth and then see the interviewer's eyes glaze over, and turn away, looking for a more agreeable source.

It happened to me and I watched it happening to friends. Plenty of interviews done there wound up scrapped. Every once in awhile, some of it would get out, abridged.
