Being a rational thinker, it is often impossible to understand how Democrats can be so stupid.
What exactly do the Democrats think is going to happen when they Balkanize America and invent categories for people so that no one is an American any longer but rather an "African-American" or an "Hispanic-American" or a woman or a homosexual whose allegiance shouldn't be to America but rather to the "cultural heritage" or the unique behavior that "defines" them?
What do the Democrats think is going to happen when English is not the language of everyone but everyone is to speak their own language (even made up slang like "ebonics") so that communities become isolated and antagonistic and incapable of communicating with one another to solve differences and problems?
What do the Democrats think is going to happen when they give standing ovations to anti-American movies they know are filled with outright lies that paint America as evil and take to the Senate floor to denounce America's soldiers as "like the Nazis" knowing at least a part of their constituency is dumb enough to believe them?
What do the Democrats think is going to happen when they hire terrorists to teach at the universities they control and promote those who call the victims of terrorism "little Eichmanns" to head-up entire departments?
What's going to happen is exactly what has happened in London where native born children blow the skulls off of their "fellow countrymen." After all, thanks to the Liberals there what did these murderers have in common with the people they destroyed?
Perhaps Nancy Pelosi feels comfortable that with her connections she'll escape the murders. And maybe Ted Kennedy feels assured that he can take a private helicopter to "the Kennedy Compound" to escape the fate of a Theo Van Gogh. It's likely that Dick Durbin believes he can order up some extra security forces should it get bad here at home.
But the rest of us need to recognize that so long as the Democrats' goal is the division of America into subgroups, the undermining of our common language and the destruction of our unique values, the phenomenon of the "native-born" terrorist that the British are new experiencing thanks to Europe's leftism -- folks who feel no kinship with their neighbors and no compunction about blowing off their skulls -- will soon be coming home to roost in America.

This article asks the hard questions. I wish we could get a "prominent" RAT to give us some straight answers. But, IMHO, we'll never get there. There will be a very nasty, dirty revolution first.
They are probably thinking...."I'm smart enough to learn to speak Spanish, or I am rich enough to hire a translator, but they are too stupid to learn to speak English. So let's keep them dependent on Us to speak English for them to get their welfare benfits from the other gringos..."

This is the basic liberal conundrum: They go on and on about diversity but in fact they believe only in the most cosmetic version of diversity--skin color and an equal representation of the genders. They say that the perfect combination is made up of precisely the same proportion of every skin color, ethnic background, etc. For example, it doesn't matter how many Christians there are, or how few atheists--the ultimate combination would be the exact same percentage of ALL religions (and philosophies, whatever). (I know you want to say that their ultimate goal would be 100% atheism, but I'll get to that in a moment.)
For the libs, let's say for clarity that percentage is 10%; the thing that would make them perfectly happy would be an accurate demographic breakdown of the world population into 10% across the board (except for genders--50-50, with a portion of those being transexuals or whatever)--10% Jews, 10% Catholics, 10% Buddhists, 10% Italians, 10% Japanese, etc. etc. etc.
It never seems to occur to them how computer-like and anti-life this kind of thinking is, but whatever.
In other words, the reason they are not afraid of Balkanization is because it is their ultimate goal...because they honestly believe that once that occurs, we will all see that we're just one big family, and we're all the same, and blah blah blah.
It's called fantasy.
In reality, liberals are the LEAST truly diverse people, because they are merely into unimportant "differences"--skin color being the most prominent "difference". Where TRUE diversity comes in--intellectual points of view; values; beliefs--they are the most conservative of all. If you are a black woman they love, love, love you, because they make a whole bunch of assumptions about you based on skin color and gender. The moment that black woman opens her mouth and explains that she is a Catholic, anti-abortion, pro-handgun, pro-environment, pro-War on Terror (or any combination of these and more liberal views), she is no longer a representative of diversity--she is an Oreo cookie, she's part of The System, or whatever.
In the end, the libs truly think that we are all alike under the skin, and once we just admit to what is "REALLY true" we'll all be liberals. They think once you sit down and talk to a terrorist, he will come around and, while he may not believe as you do, he won't want to kill you anymore.
These people are so in love with the sound of their own voices (like me!), and are so used to the joys of the college lifestyle, that they think they can just hang out with ANYONE, if given long enough, and get them to be just like them.
They don't seem to understand that this is the complete OPPOSITE of diversity--which is accepting others having differences, and while not condoning them, allowing them to go right on living that way...until they start to interfere with someone else's way of life. At this point, the game is up for the libs, because they are at core pacifists, and when someone knows you will never fight them, they will crush you the first chance they get, while you're pleading with them that you just wanna be friends so they shouldn't be trying to kill you.
Just some not-well-connected thoughts pouring out at 3 AM. :)

In search of a utopian fantasy, the nation was lost.
I have a liberal friend (shocking, I know) in Arizona who loves to argue polytix with me.
In a recent conversation, he told me two things:
1. We should open our borders to EVERYONE because it isn't fair to hoard all this "wealth" we have.
2. We should provide a gov't program to teach'em all English at our expense (compassion and all that stuff)
3. If we'd just disband our military, people wouldn't be afraid of us anymore and all the attacks would just go away.
You can't reason with someone who believes this nonsense. He's a born follower, and just one of millions. As long as people like him are voting for and supporting liberal Democrats, we'll have a tough row to hoe.
You see, Liberals act like they can still unite mankind by building the Tower Of Babel. They believe man is not a sinner saved by Grace but a "good" man improved (saved) by more "good" works. And it is they who have the formula for that, or can discover it, and implement it.
Liberals can never succeed. But it doesn't mean they won't kill everyone by trying!
When I was in High School I had my choice of taken French or Spanish class..Being from Texas I chose Spanish..The point is here I had a choice,now the children will have no choice if it is left up to the dems..all American Children will have to learn another language or two or three to get along in this country..What happened to you have to know English before you can become an American citizen?I say if they don't know the language sent them home to learn it..Why should we have to learn their language when they are in our country..
I can tell you I did learn enough of the languages of the country's I lived in to get along I couldn't speak the language like a native but did understand what they were saying to me..Why?Because I was in their country and I wanted to learn..
