All you are doing is protecting a rapist's patrimony! I wasn't aware that, in this society, we condemned innocent children to death, or any other penalty, for the crimes of their fathers. In fact, I thought it was specifically prohibited in the constitution (look up the meaning of the legal phrase "to work corruption of blood" sometime).
