After yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, ask me if I *care* whether Washington D.C. survives a nuclear attack?
It might be best just to scrap this whole "America" thing and start over.

After yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, ask me if I *care* whether Washington D.C. survives a nuclear attack? There are 4 million or so people living in the DC Metro area who have nothing to do with that decision.
Jerk.

Plenty of sad reason for the starting over perspective.

Thankfully, God will be doing that--evidently in our lifetime.

What Supreme Court ruling?

Well considering that someone I love very much lives just over the Potomac in Alexandria, I certainly care.

I guess I would care very much since my husband works in a building next to Union Station less than 2 blocks from the Capital building.
Before you make callous remarks think about to whom those remarks apply.
