Failed presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry is blaming the White House for the alleged abuse of terrorist suspects at U.S. detention facilities at Guantanamo Bay and Baghdad's Abu Ghraib prison.
"This administration created the atmosphere and the capacity for this to happen," Kerry told the western Massachusetts newspaper The Republican on Thursday, during his first swing through his home state since losing the election last year.

Free beer for life* to anyone old enough to drink IF you can name the prison this took place in:
In one incident, an elite squad of 40 guards took over a maximum-security [unit] ... for the sole purpose of beating and terrorizing the prisoners. A jail investigator determined that the guards' misconduct was covered up by ... medical personnel, who filed false reports and refused or delayed treatment to the prisoners, and by the ... inspector general, who refused to cooperate with the investigation. In the other incident, five inmates in a special incarceration unit ... alleged that they were beaten by 20 or more ... as they lay cuffed and shackled on the floor.

during his first swing through his home state since losing the election last year. So it's taken him over six months to take a "swing through his home state". Since Massachusetts is fairly small, this should only take a couple of hours.
Guess he's been busy kissing Teraza's ass the full-time since last year.

Recently, Kerry said that he voted FOR Gitmo. Wait, this just in, he has just defended Gitmo again. Okay, now he's changing his mind. Wait, NEWS FLASH: Kerry has once again attacked Pres. Bush and Gitmo...
To: carlr
And this is the point. The Dems couldn't care less about any of these "atrocities". Nor do they care if the perps are brought to any kind of justice. Just trying to "get" Bush. And you know what, the American people couldn't care less about what happens to these terrorists, IMO.

True, but glazed chicken could be said to be the adult's version of a lollipop.
I'm personally in favor of more extreme measures that I'm certain the trio of Durbin-Kerry-Kennedy, the Dems most prominent traitors in rank, would believe cause for my execution. Even though they supposedly do not believe in the death penalty.
To the extent that I accept limited measures isn't out of love for the terrorirts, but to protect our men and women from being de-humanized. Though they could go further than what has been described and still retain their humanity.
To: marron
Right. They kill hundreds and no one says a word, a rag makes up a story about the abuse of a book and it's an outrage.
Unbelievable. I have no idea who handles the PR for these people but they are good, they are very good.

Kerry is a pathetic excuse for a human being. No wonder he doesn't mind durbins words. Kerry betrayed his own peers and RATTED (LIED) about them in front of God and the World. He is in the same low ilk as durbin and Hanoi Jane. The Swift Boat Vets took care of Kerry. He's so pathetic. Seriously. A very pathetic person. What happens to these dem/libs anyway when they lose an election. They go into deep depression or something. Well, gore did and now kerry. Not Leiberman...he had at the end of the election the same values and character he had at the beginning of the election so when he lost...he moved on with his life just as George W. Bush would have done and will do when he term in office is up.
It's the people who are pathetic that can't take the defeat like men. Instead, the go on TV and radio and whine like the sore losers they are.
Hanoi Jane/Kerry/Durbin...the three LOUSEketeers!
