Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that You are the God of Healing ... whether physically or spiritually. Look with tender mercy upon Bill and his Dad as they both struggle, though in different ways. May Your healing hand rest mightily upon a Dad whose physical needs are so great ... take from him all traces of cancer, through Divine Intervention or through the skilled hands of surgeons and medical teams. Strengthen him daily that his son might find hope and encouragement as Bill reaches out after a long absence. May this time of great stress become a time of great healing, and may its warmth radiate throughout the families, that each may know that You are a God who has eternal interest in every aspect of our lives. Bring joy in the midst of such pain and great love in the midst of anguish. In the Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen ...
