Done!
Our prayers are with you and your family. Such peace can come at times like this for relationships that have been hurting. May you all find the strength and serenity to walk on this journey and that angels guide your steps.
I'm praying hard. I just went through this same thing. My friend and partner died a year ago without seeing his estranged son, who will have to live with his decision for the rest of his life. I hope in your case it will be different.
Prayers for Bill and his dad. May the good Lord bring these two together, give blessings on them.

It will. Prayers are always answered, but not always the way we expect.
You have my prayers.
We call upon Your loving nature and Your tender mercy to touch the heart of Bill and to bring restoration to his relationship with his father. Lord, please give him the courage he needs to take this step and to forgive and forget all that surely is relatively unimportant now in the light of all that has transpired. We pray for Bill's father, that Your hand of healing would restore him and that You would renew him in body, soul, mind, and spirit. Wrap Your loving arms around these two hurting children of Yours, and let Your powerful love restore them. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Prayers that all is well with Dad and that he and his son can make amends.
Praying that they, and every one of us, make every minute count with the family God has given us.

Offering my prayers

Prayers offered.
I will certainly be praying for them. Thanks for asking us to help.

Praying for the best outcome possible. May God bless this family.
You have my prayers.
I went through this with my Dad - I saw him for the first time in ten years just days before he died.
Prayer bump.
I'll pray for the best outcome that suits both dad and son and for the total recovery of the dad.
I won't pray for a reconciliation. Half of the reconciliations turn out well. The other half worsens the divide that separates the two and turn out to be only attempted reconciliations with bitternes remaining on both sides.
That's why I'll pray only for an outcome that satisfies both which may mean no reconciliation at all.
Prayers sent.
