I have my doubts if they are finding anything out at all, for outsourcing seems to grow by the day.

You see a lot of help desk outsourcing, but we're beginning to see an awareness on the part of companies regarding outsourcing business process engineering.

The Indians have no concept of the American business model and do very poorly when asked to program for it.

There are some Indian programmers that you can "throw a piece of the code" at, but even then there are numerous issues regarding language barriers, code stability, versioning, etc.
