The way the laws are written, yes... However under most state laws (the age of consent laws apply equally to boys and girls), the boy is too young to give consent as well. So technically, both were raped. It can't be consensual for either one of them because both are too young to give consent.

You'd end up not being able to charge the boy without charging the girl as well.

True. The day medical technology made abortion (at least in thr 1st trimester) statistically safer than childbirth was the day it became tolerable to most people. Back in the old days, when the only methods available to induce abortion were dirty and dangerous, it was easy to be against it.

Now do you find it acceptable for abortion in cases of Rape, Incest or the Mother's life being in danger?

Listen to yourself! How can there be a mother unless there is a child?

Now in this case we do not know what the circumstances of the pregnancy was. Was it rape? If so are you going to make this child have that baby? What if this was your 13 year old child, are you going to make her have this baby ?

Those words in bold are your own. She already has the baby. The only question is whether the mother is is going to have a live baby or a dead baby. The judge has decided that it is acceptable that the baby be torn to shreds by an abortionist.

Tell me, by what principle it is acceptable to kill children for the crime of their fathers? Tell me, by what principle it is acceptable to commit another act of violence against the mother and the baby, and how does it undo the first act of violence?

Suppose you had been a baby in a similar circumstance. Would you still feel that it would have been acceptable to butcher you?

Her life probably was a mess already...but is this her fault...in the system for 4 yrs.?...I suspect this is why she had sex at so young of an age...looking for someone to love her, show her some kind of affection. This little girl has a long road ahead of her and for everybody to sit in judgement of her, it makes me wonder who are the adults.
