He's the only proposed Republican candidate that actually interests me. Others, like Condi and Rudy (both too liberal) and Frist,(a Senator with no cojones) don't seem to fit the bill.

In the sense that a Basset Hound isn't telegenic but folks tend to feel good towards them anyway. Haley has a way of gaining trust despite his hound dog looks.

George Allen or Haley Barbour in 2008. The challenge for both men is that they are white Republicans and from the South. This will make them "racist" in the eyes of the MSM.
