The Florida Department of Corrections database shows no such person having been released, or even existing.
Of course the perp could have been released from a prison outside the Sunshame State.
Blow... the point is this poor victim was in serious trouble and the only point any of you 'posters' have made is the fact that it has happened in Florida. Why don't you just put 'duh' in your tag line.
Hey moron, check out my posts before you accuse me of saying things I haven't said. I hate liars.
"Where is your concern for the victim? Your concern seems to be for the reputation of Florida. It's reputation is earned. Don't blame those of who just happened to notice."
- See you at 'Bike week' 2006?
Is that the only point you got out of post #13? You need to put "duh" in your own tagline. Are you keeping an eye out for the car?
And no, you won't be seeing me in Florida until the mess is cleaned up there. Looks like that's going to take years.
Good!
Getting back on track...
Thanks!
This is weird. Sounds like he made her call 911, to taunt them.

South Daytona Woman, 35, missing more than week
From Staff and Wire Reports
Posted April 30, 2005
A 35-year-old nutrition supervisor has been missing from her Ridgewood Avenue apartment for more than a week and is thought to be in danger, police said Friday.
Dawn R. Smith, who works at a home for handicapped children in Daytona Beach, was last seen by neighbors leaving her apartment in a green vehicle, possibly a Saturn, police said. At the time, Smith was with David E. Herskind, a man whom friends told police she has been dating since the beginning of the year.
Jacksonville police received a 911 call from a woman who identified herself as Smith on Sunday. The woman said a man named "Jade" tied her hands, abducted her and was holding her against her will in a Port Orange mobile-home park. Police are also looking for Herskind, 31, who has out-of-state warrants for his arrest.
During the 911 call, "Jade" took the phone from Smith and told the dispatcher that he would kill Smith if she told the dispatcher his name. He struck Smith while the dispatcher listened, police said, and bragged about having acted similarly with other women whom he met through his band. His band's name was "Hell" or "Southwest," police said.
Anyone with information about the case can call Detective Anthony Carfagno, South Daytona police, at 386-322-3047 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-8477.
why dont you just put duh in your tagline instead of just attacking people for noting that Florida has certainly had a rash of things going on down there....
I dont know how pointing out that florida has had quite a few cases in the past months is blasting it but alrighty then...
I have been home for nearly 4 months now...
Welcome home Sir. Thank you! May God bless you and return to you your brothers and sisters. Enjoy your family. Regards,
