Muslim men ... who played paintball games in 2000 and 2001 as a means of training for holy war around the globe

This just makes me laugh. Does that mean my children, when they play water gun games, are training for holy war?

Do they play "Cowboys and Muslims" or do they play "Muslims and Infidels"?

But the judge left open the possibility that she will toss out some of the counts.
The jury reached its verdict after seven days of deliberations and convicted al-Timimi of all 10 counts.

Ah, Sorry Judge, its TOO LATE to toss out some of the counts. The verdict is IN.

Mostly they're still killing Nazis in War II.

"Judge Leonie Brinkema agreed to allow al-Timimi to remain free on bond pending his sentencing in July. Prosecutors had argued that federal law required the judge to immediately revoke bond when convicted of such serious charges, but Brinkema said the law allows her discretion "when there is a reasonable basis for reversal" of the convictions on some counts."

Looks like the judge didn't agree with the jury and wants to let this POS go free.

I think that judge Leonie Brinka should serve this creeps sentence if he somehow gets lost or flees the country through Mexico or Canada.

Good!!!!!!!!!!!!

This type of advocacy speech (ie. killing Americans) borders on 'SEDITION'.

It's a light sentence compared to what is possible.

If this man is a U.S. citizen, his exhorting young men to kill Americans doesn't fall under "freedom of speech". I wonder what it will take for some people to wake up to the necessity of defending this country.

" Another filty rotten "allah akbar" bites the dust!"

He hasn't bitten it yet!

Let's see what this humped-up liberal judge uses as an excuse to let him go.

There were three men sitting
on a bench, one was a Texan
wearing a cowboy hat, one was a
Muslim wearing a turban, and
the last fellow was an Apache
with a feather in his hair.

The Indian was sad and gloomy as he
said, "My people were many, but
now we are few."

The Muslim puffs up and said,
"Once my people were few, but
now we are many."

The Texan adjusts his hat, rolls
a smoke, leans back and drawls
out, "That's because we ain't
played Cowboys and Muslims yet."

I'll suggest to the boys Saturday, when they've got cap guns blaring and yelling about "Krauts" and "Panzers," that perhaps they should be playing Cowboys and Muslims.

No wonder judges are losing credibility when they let a criminal free to roam and likely escape to his loved Muslim Utopia to continue training the gullible.

It is insane to give this scum freedom while awaiting his sentencing.

Are you suggesting this terrorist won't show up at the courthouse to start his life in prison sentence???Surely that never occurred to the judge...

If he doesn't show, the judge should be forced to complete his sentence for him...
