WHEN U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia (above) spoke Tuesday night at NYU's Vanderbilt Hall, "The room was packed with some 300 students and there were many protesters outside because of Scalia's vitriolic dissent last year in the case that overturned the Texas law against gay sex," our source reports. "One gay student asked whether government had any business enacting and enforcing laws against consensual sodomy. Following Scalia's answer, the student asked a follow-up: 'Do you sodomize your wife?' The audience was shocked, especially since Mrs. Scalia [Maureen] was in attendance. The justice replied that the question was unworthy of an answer."

Scary.
At least no one threw a pie! The Gay Mafia at work.
OMG!
Wholesale disrespect for conservatives .. thanks to the liberal KOOK machine.
I bet this punk was thinking Scalia would say "that's none of your business" thus allowing said punk to say "that's my point".
Good on Scalia for not playing this childish little game.
Disgraceful treatment of a fine man. In a just world the punk would have been ushered out by the school authorities and suspended for the remainder of the semester.
"Looka me, Mommy! I are Progressive! I chase after the diseased sphincters of other males!"
Give it a gold star.
No, but liberals and RINO's are sodomizing the Constitutino.
"the Constitutino"
Did you use Italian as a sign of respect for...Scalia?
The punk should try saying that at a Texas venue, or Kentucky for that matter, he'd get his face sodomized right then and there.
Justices Thomas and Scalia have both expressed their opinions that sodomy laws were stupid. Not every law that is stupid is unconstitutional. Surely that is a respectable position. You may disagree with it, but to throw that verbal pie in the face is just awful.
Well and truly said.
As it is, his professors will probably award him all A's no matter the quality of his work, and he'll be fawned over by Chris Matthews, Katie Couric and the rest of the MSM.
Clowns, dimwits, and freaks....that's what seems to exist on most college campuses today.....and that's just the faculty.
Yea, and all the guys having finished their beat down of the gay who had the gall to ask about sodomy will go and get orally satisfied by their girlfriends.
Certainly at NYU.....
These morons just don't get these simple concepts regarding our Constitution:
(1) the Bill of Rights does not apply to the states (unfortunately, after 80 years of the federal courts perpetuating the lie that the BOR was incorporated against the states by the 14th Amendment...only Justice Thomas ever hints at reversing the incorporation lie)
(2) substantive due process is a legal fiction
(3) it matters not if Scalia visited bathhouses every night after he left got off work...it would matter not whether every American thought criminalizing homosexuality is bad policy or unnecessary...none of that would make it unconstitutional
I thought it was Film Actors Guild.../heavy s
America...F*** YEAH!!!
Those who try to stay in the closet often rudely have the closet door opened for exposure by those same vicious, fascistic, rude, vile, violent, and utterly without scruple or tact sodomites you are describing. To the gay activists nothing is private, not even the sex lives of those who wish to keep theirs so.
Dear homosexuals: I don't dislike you because you're homosexuals. I dislike you because you're disrespectful, loud, annoying, wild, out-of-control fanatics who can't comprehend a little concept I like to call decency.
Si, and grazie for noticino!
A proponent of yesterday's Day of Silence was on WRKO. She kept saying how there is no Gay Agenda and it's not all about sex anyway. BS. IT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT!
Typical question from a left-wing anti-American fascist democrat.
That's exactly what I was thinking. Scalia has never said that anti-sodomy laws are logical, advisable, desirable, or anything else beyond just constitutional. It's part of elective government--if there's a stupid law, urge your elected rep to deal with it. If they won't, don't vote for them. Even beyond that, if the community thinks that enforcing said law is a waste of time and resources, there's a good chance local law enforcement and DA officers will leave it alone.
He implied that the Justice abuses his wife. Those are fighting words.
Well, there's sodomy, and then there's sodomy.....
What you said.
So that's why liberals support gays - birds of a feather.
He probably would - and he'd probably enjoy that.
The University of Texas is just as filled with limpwristed fruitcakes as the best of the other liberal campuses.
Austin ain't the home of ol' Willie & Waylon anymore.
It's been Cslifornicated for a long time now.
I understand that the numbers of people who are uncomfortable with homosexuality are rapidly rising in the polls.
Homosexuals will do themselves in...they will become last year's fad.
at the risk of revealing my unhipness, you folks aren't including oral sex in the definition of 'sodomy' are you?
that's some sad sh*t (pun intended) if folks are defending anal sex between heterosexuals vs homos doing it--in either case it shouldn't speak its name
Eric Berndt is a typical privileged, obnoxiuous snotnose who imagines he is somehow on a par with a U.S. Supreme Court Justice. When Bernt asked his discourteous and insulting question, monitors in the room turned off his microphone. Someone should turn off his sinuous path to a law degree. Justice Scalia has been forthright and ingenuous in making himself available to law students as no Justice before him. Berndt's immature rudeness will inevitably land his future clients in hot water, whether they be on trial for murder or tex evasion. Berndt's lapse of good manners will precede him throughout his career.
