Can someone please explain to the author of this article what the differences between protestants and Catholics are? I would but I'm tired and I'm going to bed.

Catholics believe in continuing apostolic authority in an unbroken line from Jesus Christ.

Protestants deny the need for continuing apostolic authority, claiming the Bible (after removing some books they didn't like) is the ultimate source of authority.

Well, it used to be that Catholics spoke Latin and Protestants didn't-- now, I'm not sure there are any differences. After all, we are all still sinners, and we live in a fallen world.

He was a wonderful pope-- his shoes will be tough to fill.
