Depends on the level of alcohol consumption by either player.
It ain't safe, and no matter the semantics, it is still definitely a part of sexual activity.
The common perception is, no female ever got impregnated by a tongue. Theoretically, that would be possible if that tongue had just gotten a large charge of semen, and it was spat out, first from one mouth to the other, then passed on down.
Meanwhile, all kinds of bodily fluids are being exchanged, and with them, an unknown number of microbes and viruses of uncertain origin.
Young girls who have running sores about their mouths and a persistent cough are almost certainly victims of this sort of abuse. And it IS abuse, as there is supposed to be no kind of emotion involved.
Thanks Bubba.
He wanted to be known as the "Education President". He sure taught our yoots something important. What a legacy.

Someone's likely to take a couple in the chin.
I am a bit skeptical of that statement, for a couple of reasons. First, there's not much - if any - "abstinence-only" education in the US. Second, the term abstinence in my experience also covers pretty much everything past kissing, and doesn't make exceptions for oral sex or any other kind of non-vaginal sexual activity. The origin of oral sex not really being considered to be sex comes directly and solely from the MSM/Clintonoid propaganda during the impeachment trials.
This news is going to makes some people gag.
Unfortunately it's what is going into the mouths of babes that is beginning to be a problem.
The Gospel According to Saint William Blythe Jefferson Clinton.
Don't forget that he's really from Hot Springs, not Hope. Somehow, considering how much his own "Hot Spring" made headlines, it is much more appropriate!
sex thread bump
I believe the horny hick was born in Hope.
A head first slide? A suicide squeeze? A wild p[!]itch?
The analogies can certainly be compelling!
It's telling to me that "petting" is described without using the word "sex", but "oral sex" is not. Words mean things, or at least they used to.
Think of condoms and cucumbers and you'll get a rough idea of what goes on in the public schools.
"Have you ever heard the phrase "Technical virgin?"
More liberal mush to make the irresponsible feel better. Kind of like "pro-choice".
So at five years old, these kids were reading the news about Clinton's impeachment? That's about how old they were at the time.
Besides, blow jobs weren't really considered sex when I was in high school, and that was a few years before Clinton.
There are so many things wrong with that sentence I don't know where to begin.. WTF does being multi-ethnic mean in this context? And they "PLAN" on having some sort of sex? What Teen Ager doesn't "HOPE AND PLAN" to have some sort of sex... how can you ask about the future.. they have or havent... if you ask a teenager anonymously if they plan on having sex in the next six months, I doubt more tha 3 to 5 % would say no. Of course reality is most of them likely won't have any.. but open ended questions don't give you accurant answers..
Finally guys are more likely to have performed oral sex on girls than vice versa? Now this is just a joke and a half here.... This is guys bragadocio vs female discression.. no way on God's green earth that's accurate.
This "study" is about as useful as the "dribble glass condom".
