About one step removed from a black hole in density is a neutron star. Gravitational pressures are to the point where the protons and electrons are forced together.

Are there any signs/evidence of such subatomic streams spewing here from a parallel universe?

What parallel universe? The parallel universe thing is made up by science fiction authors, and includes the idea that a black hole could be a gateway to travel between the two. Maybe a bad attempt to describe the matter jets from a black hole. What more likely causes it IMHO (BTW, I'm an engineer, not a physicist) is as the matter approaches the black hole (in a spiral?), it heats up to the point where it is ionized. So when you have essentially charged particles (ions) going around in a somewhat circular path, a magnetic field is set up. Some of the material (ions, electrons) in the accretion disk gets kicked out by the magnetic field instead of past the event horizon. What's past the event horizon, who knows, but AFAIK nothing gets out.
