I was reading on another site that CNN said at 11:30 Terri's mother's priest willl be taking water to Terri. I wonder if the police will try to arrest him. Anyone else here this?

Hopefully, Floriduh will get it's act together and start an investigation into these matters. Since the federal courts are relying on the actions of the state, it's time for the state to take action.

I wonder too. Maybe they were afraid and now they see there is strength in numbers. I think Judge Greer discounted the first nurses story.
You got that right. I was lurking on DU and you won't believe some of the stuff they are saying - it would make your hair stand on end. They are truly hateful. Sooo evil it makes my skin crawl.
I don't think there is any doubt in my mind, that part of the husband's desire to end Terri's life is the remote chance that she can be rehabilitated and tell us all what happened to her.
That is what gets to me. Why couldn't they do that? I guess the courts won't let them do it. I am sure they would have done that by now.

The Judge had all of their depositions at that time but decided to disregard them.
I know that there are sealed medical records the state is trying to get ahold of. Problem is, by the time that happens Terri will be gone.
I put nothing past them. These are the modern day Soviets we are dealing with.

I do not believe these nurses. Why many many years after the fact are they coming forth with these allegations. It would seem they are seeking media attention, or simply they seek to keep Terri alive. (nothing wrong with that). Nonetheless, they can't be considered truths. If in fact they are telling the truth, they should be taken to court by the family for not coming forward earlier to put a stop to the actions.

Where did you get that information from? I have not heard the above.
There was a trial in this matter in January 2000. Did any of these nurses testify at that trial? If not, why not.
