I've read mixed results. It works in Chile, but apparently did not work well in Great Britain. However, Britain had a lousy investment climate when their option to invest was introduced, so maybe things will turn around. Regardless, I sure don't want things to continue the way they're going here, or we'll end up facing benefit cuts and/or a massive tax increase.
