Even if it's only a propaganda piece, let's have fun watching the Syrians try to deny it. This may be a variation of the Dan Rather Bush letters where the specific facts are false but the general charges are accurate.
I mean, hey - If that standard was good enough for the left to use against a serving president, it should be good enough to use against a terrorist and against the
!@#$% Syrians!

He claimed he infiltrated Iraq in 2001, about two years before the U.S. invasion, because Syrian intelligence was convinced that American military action loomed. Lies! Lies! All lies!
There were no terrorists in Iraq before the U.S. invasion, Ted Kennedy told me so.

Ted Kennedy accidentally touched me one time as he passed through a crowd, I was so honored I never wash my hand he touched, of course the scum that smeared on my hand burrowed into my skin and caused gangrene and I had to get my hand cut off but what a memory that was! lol

My first choice is the Fuel Air Explosive (FAE). Take a peek it is worth a look. It was by far my favorite project, albeit some years ago.

What the flight time from Baghdad to Damascus, anyway? It's 470 miles as the crow flies. So choose your aircraft.

They're really ramping up the pressure on Syria and from both the west and the east; it will be interesting to see how this plays out and whether our strategy will take a military, diplomatic or spec ops form.
Iran needs Syria to remain intact to take heat off themselves, or at least to spread it about the region, so I would expect Iran to ratchet up the pucker factor with some sort of statement to the effect that an attack on their ally Syria will be treated as an attack on Iran.

darn good receipe.
i think anything moving within 5 miles of the iraqi border is a prime exercise target.

Iran and Syria pretty much said that with their little cooperative crime agreement from a week or so ago.

Al-Iraqiya TV can be seen nationwide and is believed to be widely watched by Iraqis -- mainly those who cannot afford satellite dishes offering the Persian Gulf-based Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya stations. But the station, which went on the air in May 2003 with help from the Pentagon, is viewed by many Iraqis as an American propaganda tool.Wonder if this statement is true or another OLD MEDIA lie? I can concur from this biased reporting that Al-Jazeera is NOT a propaganda tool to the Iraqis? I heard that many Iraqis called Al-Jazeera and complained about the crap that Al-Jazeera was spreading.

3rd Armored Calvary Regimen, Fort Carson, Colorado kicked major tail going into Baghdad and could be in Damascus in 3 days.
