Not true. The author of the article edited the Maher quote. Maher believes in God and stated so in the interview that quote was taken from. He observations on religious zealots of all faiths is right on. His generalities may be 'unfair' but I think that is intentional to stir debate. His showcasing of liberals allows them to be seen for the complete incompetent fools they are. Many have become conservative after watching the libs behave like spoiled children on his show. That's why Ann Coulter is his most popular guest!
