If Jeb Bush lets Terri die, I guess he doesn't want to run for President. Because I'll never vote for him, if he doesn't have the courage to stand up for life.

Jeb Bush could do something, if he wanted to. This euthanasia will happen on HIS WATCH.

There is an agenda for those pushing these stories, they portray her as "all there" for some reason I don't understand.

Yes, the FREEPERS who push saving Terri are doing so because we all have some hidden agenda that we can't disclose to you.

It is a secret that is so powerful it will make us all wealthy beyond our dreams. It is so powerful, we will never feel pain, we will have everything we ever wanted.

But we have to keep it a secret.

I understand...my point was that if you hit any of them you'll come up with the list. It seemed to me a quicker way to get the numbers than to wait for someone to post them.

"Is tomorrow the day they'll pull the plug to starve and dehydrate her to death?"

The stay of execution expires tomorrow (Feb 22). Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, has been telling the media that Michael will remove Terri's feeding tube on that date as long as the 2nd District Court of Appeals issues their mandate to remove the feeding tube by tomorrow. Felos says he can remove her feeding tube without another order from Judge Greer.

It's all part of the vast right wing conspiracy, and it's growing. All will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. If you run back to DU right now you can buy yourself some time though.

What, specifically, could Jeb Bush do? I am really curious about this. Short of sending out the National Guard, I don't see what else is possible. They tried to use the "legal system" to out-maneuver the legal zuggernaut that is against Terri and failed. Many other Governors would not have done that much.

funny you should mention that.
go here:

and see how many of the "he has" statements can be replaced with "the court has"
a lot of them, certainly.

"We must live by our laws and keep the Government out of our lives as much as possible. If you start letting them decide on cases like this, then they can decide on all of them,"

Err - they have decided, for her death.

and they do decide - children and animals are removed from their gaurdians all the time, under the idea that their gaurdians are criminal. sometimes they are wrong, and we need to correct them in either case.

advocating the executive intervene is not about the rule of law being abrogated, it is an appeal to a lawful lesser magistrate to correct the abuse of another. This is in accordance with hundreds of years of western political thought, and seeks to keep all magistrates subject to a higher law than than their own whim. When this fails, then the people have to resort to themselves, again, not to flout the rule of law, but to restore it.
Saying, it was my job, or saying I protested but let them send me away and kill the defenseless does not, IMO, count as doing all that could, or should be done.

Nancy Grace has a new show on CNN. She is a strong victim's advocate along with Wendy Murphy and others. Maybe she can focus on this story. She has quite a following.

The only remedy here is direct action and remains the only course since the judges and courts are hellbent on allowing this murder. Either get her the HELL out of Florida or take out those advocating for her death.

Thats it.

The right to life is enumerated in our Constitution. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, who would attempt to deny that guaranteed right should face the consequences. And the Right to Keep and Bear Arms was not intended for hunting, it was to protect our RIGHTS.

Thank you! Jeb can, however, apply political pressure.
Log onto www.insurancefraud.org, www.nicb.org, and www.thepiaa.org and inquire as to why the insurance companies have not sent a letter of intent to file to recover the funds that have not been used specifically for Terri's health, therapy, and care as waranted by the providers of those services.
The stockholders would surely like to have that money on the debit side and the doctors would like to have their rates reduced when cases like this happen.
Write to your US Senator and Representatives, the Baptist Congress, keep it positive, negativity breeds more negativity. Terri needs positive energy flow. Keep posting and remember Judge Greer placed a no tube removal pending a Wednesday hearing, maybe he will vacate the order and the guardianship and maybe he will appoint a guardianship made up of all races and creeds. I know that sounds like a miracle, but if we keep up the positive flow and the prayers great things can happen.
Incidentally, I believe there should be a right to die law, but it should require the persons notarized signature and no decision should be made by a physician, spouse, guardianship. Starvation/dehydration should not be an option. There is a difference between cruelty/murder and assisted suicide and no Catholic would choose to die before God takes them.
Cruelty of Animals begins by stating that starvation, dehydration, lack of shelter, lack of veterinary care when veterinary care is required is cruelty. So why don't we have a slightly altered one for people.
While we are talking about Terri, don't forget that there are a tremendous number of people in Florida who pledged their assets in exchange for lifetime care, I don't want to see a single one of them starved/dehydrated to death. I don't want to see any person the the USA or anywhere else starved/dehydrated to death either.

I was wrong about Terri Schiavo, I apologize. The facts seem to indicate that the husband has an agenda, not those supporting her right to stay alive. Forgive me for my words.

Problem is, he's not even her ex. He's been living with a fiance and has 2 kids with her, but he won't divorce Terri, insists on fulfilling "her" wishes.

Take the time to peel this onion, there are so many layers.

Here's a link to the WND compilation page that lays out the entire story.

Also check out The Empire Journal.

What if Terri's husband wanted her to live and the Doctors wanted her to die?

Simple. You err on the side of life. She left no advanced directive, so no matter the views of the interested parties, you don't pull the tube if you don't know for sure.

Your friemd with MS sounds like a fellow my husband was a caregiver for. He needed(needs) help to do everything. Yet, he likes to recite e-mails. He likes to talk on the phone as difficult as it is to understand him. He works out. All with help. Yet, if someone were to feel sorry for him, he would likely kick their butt.
