It is real simple, you sign the 180..the military releases your records. He just wants to go thru them all and make sure we only see what he wants us to see....again.

Even if he doesn't do it he is still doing damage to himself by stating on record that he will do it.We all know that he has something to hide but it becomes even more obvious to others who will want to know why he keeps changing his mind.I don't know if he can have information removed but I'm sure he's doing everything he can to clean out his closet.
