I reread the article, and it seems to have morphed into a somewhat more balanced account. Still, they retain the passage "The death is the second such fatality in the area in two days. Israeli troops shot and killed a 65-year-old man who was walking near an army post on Sunday.", clearly implying their perception of who is at fault in this case.
