I can think of numerous alternate explanations for what you've observed at Venice Beach. As for "bad acid" . . . sure, there's "bad acid" out there, but that doesn't change any of the facts about LSD in and of itself.

"Do a google search on, long term effects of LSD. It pulls up 114,000 references. And why do you think they call them flashbacks ?"

114,000 references, and you didn't read a single one. For shame!

We dont believe nuthin from them prodruggie sites! Drug users are the scum of the earth, and if you dont shut up hippie, Im going to lose control and kill you!

/sarcasm and poorly paraphrased South Park quote.

btw, I was wondering how long this inane discussion was going to go on before someone broke down and posted a link to the Erowid LSD vault ;)

You're reaching. Flashbacks have nothing to do with LSD remaining in your system.

Well said. I find this notion of finding 'medical documentation' for evidence of the ill effects silly, when the obvious evidence is plain from simply observing the people that have been through numerous doses.

Did you ever see that Star Trek episode where Data had to teach a whole planet about the scientific method? One of the ladies from the Waltons was the village's shaman. I loved that episode.

You do understand the difference between the drug leaving your system and the effects lasting for who knows how long ?

I'm looking through the episode guide and can't find it. Data goes after some satellite and gets knocked out by the radiation. People start making medallions out of the radioactive salvage and getting sick. Data has to solve the mystery of radiation for them over the objections and unscientific judgements of the village shaman. Great episode.

Yes . . . that I do understand. Are you about to say something sensible and scientific about this drug?
