With 15% of the precincts reporting, Allawi trails Buchanan by some 30,000 votes.
Sadly, there were actually moonbats caling in to C-SCAM this morning espousing this belief.

President Elect John Kerry said today at a campaign '08 fund raiser in Seattle that it's obvious Bush's thugs have beaten the Iraqis to ensure their vote. For proof, Kerry exhibited pictures of Iraqis leaving the polling places in tears.
That's rich, a Democrat complaining about voter fraud.
