One year ago, I wrote a piece exposing radical Islam within Florida Atlantic University (FAU). My goal was twofold: [1] to bring awareness concerning a growing problem within FAU [2] to push the university to take action so that this problem ceases to exist. Unfortunately, only the first part of my goal was accomplished, as FAU is continuing to allow radicals on its campus, the latest being this Saturday'S (Jan.22, 2005) return engagement of potential co-conspirator to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, Siraj Wahhaj.

The Enemy Thrives at FAU

In recent times, a fairly large list of Islamist radicals and/or those that sympathize with the Islamist cause have passed through the university.

This list includes professors that the university had itself hired to teach its students (two of which still teach there).

Professors such as:

Mustafa Abu Sway, who was discovered to have had numerous ties to the terrorist organization HAMAS
Khalid Hamza, who had used a Texas A & M internet forum to defend Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami Al-Arian
Bassem Alhalabi, who was found guilty of exporting a $13,000 thermal imaging device to Syria
Imadeldin Imad Mahgoub, who was featured on a panel discussion with HAMAS fundraiser Raed Awad

At least one FAU student, Syed Khawer Ahmad, was found to have played a role in the world of radical Islam. While Ahmad was attending classes at FAU, he was the webmaster of the homepage for the Islamic Society, the Palestinian group that spawned HAMAS.

The final bunch are those that were invited by the FAU Muslim Student Organization (MSO) to speak on campus. This is the same MSO that created two Islamic centers in Boca Raton, one of which houses two religious leaders that have been accused of having direct ties..

Looks like a repeat of the Sami Al Arian'n case in Florida. Can we do something to protest to FAU and other fifth columners around?

How are these people allowed in the United States? Why aren't they deported or arrested? The Muslim agenda is not to live peaceably with Americans. It is to see the downfall of America and FAU is an accomplice. I am so outraged by this and am at loss to understand how it can be allowed to occur. And don't dare start any "freedom of speech" crap about these people. These terrorists and/or supporters are infiltrating the minds of young people, which is their goal. Turn young citizens against their government. For the administration of FAU to condone (by allowing them to speak and/or teach) their agenda makes them complicate in treason, IMHO. They hate Israel and they hate America for our unwavering support of Israel. I love the freedoms of America, and I believe in freedom of speech and freedom of religion. But at a time of war, you cannot give our freedoms to the enemy. The Muslims have shown right here in America and indeed all around the world, that they do not want freedom. They want Islamic countries to dominate the world. I would be interested to hear if others see this as a huge problem or if I'm overreacting.

Well there you have it. Change and accept the Islamic way of life or we will kill you. I wonder about the "innocent" Muslims who sat in the audience and listened to this garbage. You know, the ones that want to live peacefully with other religions. The ones who denounce terrorism in public, but support it in private.

Why aren't they deported or arrested?

That's what I'm asking myself all the time... To allow these villains to rave unchecked, and America's own children being exposed to this dangerous propaganda... it shows that the society lacks any instinct for self-preservation.

I mean, the Muhammedans among the audience are probably beyond redemption, and, after all, they are not America's concern. But dozens or hundreds of normal - American - FAU students? Don't they deserve some protection?

Surely the laws against terrorism should be enforced... Please someone, call the police!
