Messianics have overrun 770 and "occupied" it since 1994. MLC has tried many times to evict them. As long as they come only to study and pray like everyone else they are welcome but once they start dictating to everyone else how the building is to be used they are trespassers and squatters.

MLC had to get a court restraining order to prevent the messianics from interfering from any renovations, maintenance or enhancements to the building that have been authorized by MLC. MLC authorized the plaque to be installed. When the messianics tried to prevent the installation, MLC, as the property owners, were well within their rights to call the police and have the squatters removed from 770.

And these messianics presumably think that such behavior is halakhically acceptable?
