Right after the judges on the bench laugh at her, the papers will be tossed in the trash. I think even the Liberal FLSC will ridicule her motives.
Read my post #100 - that babe was Carol Roberts, the then-Supervisor of Elections for Palm Beach County. IIRC, Roberts tried to cash in on her "fame" by running for Congress in 2002, but she lost. These South Florida Rat machine politicians are a laughingstock - they commit such blatant hackery, they're so transparently corrupt and incompetent, that calling them amateurs is an insult to amateurs everywhere.
Bev Harris is just a modern snake oil peddler, except that her audience is so stone stupid and easily misled that she doesn't have to have any real salesmanship talent.
It was Bev Harris who "served" LaPore, not Roberts. I don't know what happened to Roberts - after she lost her Congressional race she pretty much dropped out of sight, and good damned riddance as far as I'm concerned. Bev Harris is running Black Box Voting, an outfit that's supposed to be "investigating" irregularities with electronic voting machines. In reality, BBV is a sham, an outfit with no other purpose than to separate gullible DUmpsters consumed with Bush hatred from as much of their money as possible.
As to why they're trashing one another, it's just natural for Rats to consume their own when times are bad. We all too often make the mistake of trying to apply human traits (such as loyalty to one's friends, capacity for logical thought, etc.) to them.
Maybe Bev Harris is suing Lapore for creating that wonderful butterfly ballot which is the reason ''THEY BELIEVE'' that Bush got elected back in 2000 in the first place. So its all her fault, for Bush, 911, the Iraq war. Afghanistan war, terroism, etc. or some such ludricrious nonsense, if you can't eat your own, you might as well sue em!
