I'm out of shape now by my standards (5'10 - 190), but I weigh the same as I did at 19-20 when I was in the best shape of my life. At that time I was bench pressing 315 pounds and could run a 6:00 mile. Even after I got lazy on the lifting and running, I still could keep up with the high school players I coached.
The BMI standards are ridiculous.
