If they follow what happens in New York State (like my old hometown...), they announce in the New York Times that it's a "gay community," etc., so the property values drop. Then they move in and buy it all up cheap and make it reality. :-(

The birth of a gay ghetto ...

Well, not "ghetto" in the sense of run-down. No, after they move in and buy everything up, they build very nice places and spend all the money that they aren't spending on raising a family...driving prices up so the natives of the area have to leave. :-(

Yeah, but if you look at The Moral Matrix® Political Ideologies from that site, it becomes clear that the breakdown is pretty bizarre. I think it's designed to put so many people into a "Capital Republicanism" category, which is more of a political party designation than an actual ideological bent regarding republics, for example.

Oh poo. I see my post 121 was removed. Was it the picture of the 2 men kissing while using poppers, or the picture of the butt plug that did it? Certainly the pictures of Vaseline and other personal lubricants wouldn't have been enough.

Delta Lambda Phi, launched in October 1986 by three men in Washington, D.C., is expanding quickly in the Midwest with colonies forming in Toledo, Ohio, Raleigh, Mo., and Manhattan, Kan., Garner said.

I've heard of them. Seems though that they have absolutely abysmal graduation rates. Turns out that the would be graduating brothers hate to leave their buddies behind

(120 + posts and no ones used this joke yet!?)

This proves us Huskers correct when we say ISU sucks...

LOL. It's obvious you Husker fans are really getting desparate when you demonstrate the need to disparage the likes of ISU.

Hehehe...let me tell you, I work/live in Omaha and I have several people working for me that live in Iowa and are ISU Cyclone fans. The banter back and forth is hilarious. No one ever misses an opportunity to bash the other.

Those Cyclones can be brutal...but then, if I had to check the air in the tires on my house everyday...I'd be brutal too. ;o)
