Between this and Bush's softness on illegal immigration, the politest thing I'll say is that Bush is rapidly burning up his "political capital" with me. What is he thinking?!??!?! Looks like "protection money" or bribery to me.

That $20 million would have been put to far more beneficial if it had been given to the families of Israelis who have been murdered by terrorists.

And giving the Palestinians money is only prolonging their dire straits. Sooner or later, if the Palestinians want to have their own state and prosper, they MUST accept and coexist with an Israeli state.
