LIEberman acted reprehensibly when he blatantly lied to religious leaders about his position on abortion, pretending he was pro-life in order to get their votes for his first Senate run. He used the unborn to put himself into the Senate. If he lied about being pro-life, he's lied about everything else. Look here.

I swear, these people are the biggest hypocrites on the face of the earth, and no one calls them on it. They preach diversity, but call for segregation of the leaders by race, sexual orientation, gender, and whatever other bigoted standard they can think of, and yet somehow Republicans are the racist bigot homophobic misogynistic carnivores. Go figure.

As an Iowan, I am profoundly grateful for leftist political operatives - of either coast - who assure me that they can appreciate the kind of life I live. I am particularly touched when such assurances come from a woman whose main purpose in life is to ensure that more babies can be murdered.
