I like Colin Powell as much as the next person, but for all of his many accomplishments Secretary Powell has one great fault, namely, he is wet on the subject of Old Europe.....

I think it's Bush's way of saying "I'm right and you're not". No more, no less.
My point is this - Hillary and her prestitutes will do whatever it takes to demean Dr. Rice, and thereby diminish her stature, .. by calling her Condi. They never called Colin by his first name - ever. No one should allow anybody to call her Condi. Even in public, President Bush always said Secretary Powell - not Colin. I expect he will refer to her as Secretary Rice.

Exactly, and that's why the media started off on day one with the hateful, disgusting, racist comments about Dr. Rice.
I believe Hillary is terrified of Condi running in '08.
