Prayers Needed for one of my students

Just a quick note to ask all out there reading this tonight to keep in mind in their prayers one of my high school students.

When I was leaving school today, I saw a note in my box explaining why this young woman has been absent for the past few days. It seems that she is currently in the hospital because of "another brain tumor".

Those last two words were enough of a shock to me even with the word "another" before them. Apparently, this happened a couple of years ago as well before I met the young lady.

So for those of you that say your prayers at bedtime -- or even at the keyboard -- please keep this young woman in mind.

Before You suffered the pain and the shame of the cross to buy eternity for us, you also allowed Your back to be split 39 times with a whip AND BY YOUR STRIPES WE ARE HEALED. Jesus, I stand in faith for the total healing of this brain tumor because I refuse to let that beating be in vain. I ask You to make her healing known to her and cast that tumor back to whence it came! Thank You Jesus for who You are and for all that You do. We offer our love and our lives to You in Your Name AMEN
