PS - you might want to send Bobby a note:

This is beyond pathetic.
Well???
I would love Mr. Bush to take on the fight to end outsourcing jobs by giving Ford, Chrysler, and GM HUGE tax breaks to CLOSE their auto plants in Canada. Without those jobs...you might hear the Canadians singing a different tune.
Hey Levin, you're entitled to your own opinion, but not to your own facts. Oh, I just noticed, you didn't include any facts.
World Aircraft Carrier list. Canada is not on it.

If the complaints showed a little originality they might be entertaining, or tolerable at least. This guy was "in Europe in the 70's". A cave in Greenland, where he still resides? As bland and lame as McLean's mag is, I'm still surprised that they would publish such recycled uninspired pap.
Man, this guy is off his meds.
Most interesting fact about Canada (from the World Fact Book):
Land use:
arable land: 4.96%
permanent crops: 0.02%
other: 95.02% (2001)
I make that to be USABLE land about the size of Minnesota.
So, Canada has a smaller population and GDP of California and even less usable land.
We probably might allow it to be a territory like the Virgin Islands. I don't think there is enough there to be a real State.
hey cantada... who stands on guard for thee?
Sounds pretty good to me.
The Gay Left is totally freaked out.
What a liar.
Deliberately misquoting President Bush in the NY Times didn't win (e.g. Maureen Dowd). Fabricating forged military orders/documents didn't win, either (e.g. CBS News / 60 Minutes / Dan Rather). Running fake exit polls "washed" through partisan bloggers didn't work for you on election day, either. Running fudged polls (e.g. Zogby, Lake/Snell/Perry, LA Times) didn't work for you.
Pretending that 3 to 250 tons of explosives that were disposed of by U.S. Army ordnance teams were supposed to be 377 tons of "missing" high explosives didn't work for you.
Claiming that rogue gay and bi-sexual prison guards at Abu Ghraib were directly "ordered" by the President to put panties on the heads of prisoners didn't hold water with the public, either.
Fabricating "boos" in the audience of a Bush rally when the President asked for prayers for WJ Clinton's recovery from bypass surgery were debunked pretty fast, too.
Lying about "chaos" in Iraq, a nation that has fewer shooting deaths each day than the liberal "paradise" of Brazil (110 gun deaths per day), didn't work for you.
Wishing for an economy "worse than Hoover's" didn't sway the public compared to facts such as 5.4% unemployment rates and booming monthly job creations.
All of your liberal fantasies failed. All of them, from your tired old claims of a stolen 2000 election to your claims that Florida would unseat Jeb Bush for "revenge" to claims that President Bush was banning stem cell research (he only banned federal funding for some *human*, not animal, stem cell research) failed.
That's what 51% of the American public rejected. This was a national repudiation of the Left, as well as of the Left's lies.
Social Security checks didn't stop coming with this election. Blacks aren't being "disenfranchised."
Everything that your side has claimed has all been directly disproven by Republicans and rejected at the ballot box in local, state, Senate, House, and national elections.
Everything. Bush isn't even bringing back the Draft.
Make that a "Strategery + Schardenfreude = Stratenschardenfreudery"
Don't these people have their own gov't to criticize? Reminds me of a parable:
Mat 7:3 Why, then, do you look at the speck in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the log in your own eye?
Golly, if one was constipated; one would read this p.o.*.
By not electing Hanoi John?!?
Um, didn't Truth come out from the Swift Boat Veterans?
