It's both fitting and proper that 'flyover country' shot down the jetsetters of NY and Hollywood.

"We squandered record amounts of money," said Dan Adler, board member of Rock the Vote, the outreach effort that uses music stars to rally the youth vote.

That quote is very telling. They got record turnout. Isn't that what they wanted? ;)

Rock the Vote needs to be ruined. It is a partisan organization.

"We squandered record amounts of money," said Dan Adler,"

Odd, they never complain about the same amount of money they squander monthly snorting it through their guilded nostrils.

`Thank God we live in the People's Republic of California.' " They were also talking about the need for a coalition to build a bridge between New York and California - with no onramps."

Proof of their true underlying isolationist "Get out" agenda.

I think we need to give a great big serious Thank you to Mel Gibson. I think The Passion of Christ helped our cause a lot. So thank you Mel Gibson for helping to bring awareness to the sleeping giant from a grateful Bush supporter.

Those bastards forget that it is the money of the "little people" in fly-over country that funds their opulance. Now, if we "little people" can get together and boycott the output of Hollyweird, maybe they will all leave!

In 2000 California had 10,679,572 voters and in 2004 they had 9,944,625. That is 734,947 less voters just imagine if the Hollywood types didn't push for registrations maybe the President would of won California...

We met a lovely family from Califoria (the Malibu area) while on vacation last year. When my son brought up politics and made a swiping comment about Democrats, I held my breath, expecting that our pleasant evening to dissolve into ugliness - after all, these were "Californians". Much to my surprise, and relief, they wholeheartedly agreed and jumped into the conversation.

They went on to say, that overall, California is mostly conservative and that the highly populated L.A. and San Francisco areas were liberal, but their sheer numbers skewed the states totals. The Hollywood celebrities and the fawning press leads the world to believe that *all* of California thinks like they do, and these people insisted that it was just not true. They were tired of these looneys giving all Californians a bad name.

Yeah, now let's get back to calling their states "red" and ours "blue", for we are the ones who live where the sky is blue not gray, and celebrate freedom rather than their red, elitist Bolshevism.

My friends from the Republican San Joaquin Valley area get very angry if I bring up their state's voting habits, because truly, it isn't their fault.

I understand because I live in one of the "blue' counties in Arizona. There were morons with Kerry stickers everywhere here.

Funny thing, here in Wayne County, the bluest county in Michigan, the Kerry stickers are disappearing quick.

I dragged my wife to see Team America, she had a couple laughs but I was coming unglued, wiping tears, fighting for air from laughing so hard.

(excerpt) Lynda Obst, producer of hit romantic comedies including "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," was one of many activists who had spent the election's aftermath chewing on the approaches taken - and on what the future would hold.

"I don't think Hollywood could have done more without alienating the middle of the country," Obst said.

Hollywood alienated Middle America long before this election; too bad they don't understand that.

"We squandered record amounts of money,"

Indeed...and in the end, you failed miserably because your agenda of warped secularism, disintegration of values, lack of moral fiber, and no clarity of purpose is COMPLETELY out of step with the bulk of the American people.

YOU are the ones who need to re-look your mindset and examine your priorities a bit more closely instead of chastising those of us who have spoken with our vote to unhold the very foundation of values and ethical behavior upon which this Nation was founded.

We have told you in no uncertain terms that YOU ARE WRONG!

Now, either get your $h!t straight -- or get the hell out!
