They want to continue to be Godless Liberals who despise righteousness but feign comprehension while throwing gullible Christians a few inconsequential bones in order to gain votes. Do not go for the rope-a-dope.

I disagree with this because I think the intent of liberals is far, far worse.

I had the misfortune of listening to NPR today; they spent a great deal of time blaming evangelical Christians for passing the marriage protection proposals in 11 states and how the issue brought them to the polls. The sneer and mockery involved in the rampant liberal callers and hosts was overt and was certainly not disguised.

The Democrats, as we all know, REFUSE to consider the possibility they were wrong about anything. It won't occurr to them that they're too damn liberal for the bulk of the country to stomach, therefore it becomes the fault of "those damn Christians" who came to the polls and didn't tell Gallup/CNN/USATODAY/PEW blah blah blah.

I hope I'm wrong. I don't think I am.
