IF you think Leslie Stahl looked bad, Andrea Mitchell was apoplectic all night.

My guess is that Dan Rather will be invited to spend a night in the Lincoln bedroom before John Kerry admits his defeat or signs his DD180.

I think the lib media will soon drop Kerry/Edwards as they fall madly in love with Barrack Obama.
BTW, compare the media lovefest with Obama, who will be billed as "only the fifth black senator", with their animosity toward Clarence Thomas, only the second black supreme court justice.
Got bias?

If a plane crashes in the woods and the media don't report it, did it really happen?

I think you have your answer this morning: John Kerry's plane has crashed in the woods of the red states, the media isn't reporting it, and so it hasn't happened (yet). Right?
To: Danno
she's upset because kerry didn't declare victory himself

I love your cBS image! I've decided, after long and hard thought, to watch just one more week of TV on CBS, whenever I get a chance. I'll be sitting there, with a notepad and pen, jotting down which advertisements are playing during each show. Frankly, there aren't too many shows that I watch on network TV to begin with, but I try to never miss (the original) CSI, and then there's the coverage of the AFC (football, to the uninformed), which in the case of the Chiefs is wonderful, since they got Kevin Harlan to do the play by play (Kevin is the former "Voice of the Chiefs" from the local radio station, and when he went to TV, it was a number of years before the networks set him back up to call the Chiefs: He was sorely missed!)
ANYWAY!!!
I'll be taking notes about which companies advertise on which shows, and I'll be sending letters to the companies, as well as cc'ing them to both CBS HQ and the local affiliate, letting them know that I will never watch CBS again, and I will make it a point to do without their products, and try to convince everyone I know to boycott them as well. And it's all due to the disgraceful way that CBS ran hit pieces, disguised as news stories, over and over again, culminating is the coordinated attempt by the NY Times and CBS (and, I believe, the DNC) to orchastrate an "October Suprise" on behalf of the democrats just 36 hours before the election polls were set to open.
This in known as an attempted coup, and in third world countries, the people behind the attempt would be rounded up and shot. But since we're civilized, and this is a capitalist country, I'm going to do the next best thing. I'm going to try to hurt them economicly.

A comment on and to Leslie Stahl:
I love you like I love my mother Leslie but I must take issue with your recent interview with Boehner (sp?) newly elected speaker of the house.
You took him to task on the issue of “common ground” and “compromise”. You suggested they were the same thing, which they are clearly not. The problem I have with this kind of reporting is that many people who listen to you, if they care at all, will be misinformed as to the meaning of these two concepts. If anyone should know the difference it should be someone like you, but you were too focused on making Boehner look bad to care about the difference.
