Yep!I'm sure Andy Card knows what he's talking about this morning around 4 a.m. when he declared that Bush will get a MINIMUM of 286 Electoral Votes.
It's mathematically over, and Kerry needs to concede this morning BEFORE Bush has his victory speech.
If Kerry doesn't concede first, then Bush should give his speech by noon today.

We also picked up a few seats in the House and Senate. That should send a message to the rats. I'm glad Dashcle is gone. That was a bonus.
