Ah yes, we all remember the struggles that Bubba fought to bring that program to the people. Don't we???
"Who owns MTV?"
Viacommie. Same as SeeBS, Simon & "$8million payment to Hillary" Schuster, and Blockbuster.
There are few music programs on MTV, let alone "good" bands being played (mostly pre-fab dance troupes).
"ESPN: Kerry Will Come Through (By Hunter S. Thompson) "
Oh... LOL oh I get it, It's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven. Senile liberal druggies, they're so hilarious.
Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas was allegedly about a motorcycle race he was covering for Sports Illustrated.
"Hell's Angels" was a decent read (and they stomp him into the ground at the end).
Fear And Loathing In LV is funny in the way that the excesses of Cheech and Chong were funny.
Afterwards, Hunter believed his own press. How many books have the "Fear & Loathing" title now???
His vendetta against Nixon (and his landslide) put him on a downward spiral.
NOW THIS IS TRUELY FRIGHTENING.
This isn't when Thompson is fun to read. Tomorrow morning when he wakes up as sober and straight as he's going to be all day and sees that Bush won, he'll pen a bitter, deranged diatribe that I hope I can catch firsthand. It's what he's best at.
We rest our case!
While the "curse of the bambinos" may be over, the "curse of the bimbino" will recur as long as human nature is as it is.
ROFL!
"Monica wants her OLD job back:"
.....and lets all of us keep in mind it's called the oval office, and NOT the oral office.
The oval orifice?
The reason that ESPN fired Rush Limbaugh while Hunter is still around is that people take Rush seriously while the only people who take the good doctor seriously are here.
