I assume the State Supreme Court ruling is overturning the federal district court judge? If so, very good news, even though it was close (5-4!)

If they can't cheat, they can't win. And although we have too many liberal judges in this country, there is still the matter of some level of fairness left. Thank goodness.
We're going to do great tomorrow. And we'll know by midnight Tuesday.

Is this a very recent decision? I could've swore I heard on Brit's show that the lower courts ruled in favor of the Dems in blocking challenges. If this is what it sounds like, that was a quick reversal.

I don't get this. This is a decision by the Ohio Supreme Court - the highest state court in Ohio - but I thought that the Dems got a temporary restraining order against challenges at the polling place in U.S. District Court, and that the matter was presently being reviewed by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Anyone want to 'splain this to me?

A set of judges who actually rule on what the law IS, not what their partisan ideology WANTS IT TO BE?
What's this world comin' to?
This is really, REALLY good news!! The Dem fraud machine in Ohio just got kicked in the cajones.

AMEN. This and similar recent situations are just appalling. There must be some legal redress available with respect to these lower judges spec., lack of fitness to continue serving. When this is all over, reviews, invetigations - whatever it takes - these jokers ought to be sent back to school, or removed from their jobs.

Did anyone else hear Allison on Fox just a few minutes ago?? I was shocked,... she seemed ticked off at the decision?
How is it so evil to have people there to watch? They claim intimidation,.. but what can we possibly do? There will be police and election officials. If they won't let you vote, ask for both and let's find the reason why they wouldn't let you. Chances are they will run(because they aren't legal, registered, etc....), and if you're running there's a good chance you have something to hide. We aren't out to limit voters. We just want them to be legit and not dragged off the street with no knowledge of what they are actually doing. I agree that the ignorant have a right to vote,....but there should be a limit on it, and the Dims cashed all those chips in long ago!!
Intimidation. How? Everyone and their dog will be in Ohio. If someone tries to prevent you from voting,.... scream. Chances are,....you haven't registered and aren't supposed to be voting. Why else would the Dims object to confirming voters??? Is that such a freakin' crime??? Confirming that the people voting are registered and supposed to vote?? Confirming that all is fair???? What is wrong with that??? Hey Dims,... what is wrong with that???? Because it's easier to say people were prevented(more than likely people that never registered, or were not eligible in the first place) than it is to prove they weren't. It is sickening what the Dim's have become. It was insulting before,... they are unGodly now. Sad.

The current picture of the Ohio State Supremes shows 5 Republicans and 2 Democrats.
That could come in handy later on.
