I searched and found a transcript posted from WND which did not appear to be complete.

Maybe the most important thing to note is the numerous attacks on Dubya. The Dems have been saying OBL wants Dubya re-elected. It doesn't look like it.

Surprise, surprise ... he's also a big fan of Robert Fisk.

Bush is still engaged in distortion, deception and hiding...

...in the end they produced an intense feeling of rejection of tyranny, and gave birth to a strong resolve to punish the oppressors.

...it was confirmed to me that oppression and the intentional killing of innocent women and children is a deliberate American policy.

...the pretenders of freedom at The White House and the channels controlled by them...

...we have found it difficult to deal with the Bush administration...replete with those who are characterized by pride, arrogance, greed and misappropriation of wealth.

...and didn't forget to import expertise in election fraud from the region's presidents to Florida to be made use of in moments of difficulty.

...the policy of the White House that demands the opening of war fronts to keep busy their various corporations – whether they be working in the field of arms or oil or reconstruction – has helped al-Qaida

As for the size of the economic deficit, it has reached record astronomical numbers estimated to total more than a trillion dollars.

the Bush administration has also gained, something of which anyone who looks at the size of the contracts acquired by the shady Bush administration-linked mega-corporations, like Haliburton and its kind, will be convinced. And it all shows that the real loser is...you.

But because it seemed to him that occupying himself by talking to the little girl about the goat and its butting was more important than occupying himself with the planes and their butting of the skyscrapers.

...thinkers and perceptive ones...warned Bush before the war...But the darkness of the black gold blurred his vision and insight, and he gave priority to private interests over the public interests of America.

So the war went ahead, the death toll rose, the American economy bled, and Bush became embroiled in the swamps of Iraq that threaten his future.

Bush's hands are stained with the blood of all those killed from both sides, all for the sake of oil and keeping their private companies in business.

IS IT BIN LADEN OR IS IT KERRY?

It is amazing how much the media has left out of Bin Ladens speech, just like they did with his 1991 "Letter to America" which called on America to convert to Islam to prevent future attacks. I read this whole new speech of his and it sends chills up my spine. It certainly is a condemnation of Bush by Bin Laden and a plea for America to surrender, negotiate, or else.

Good God! He even attempts to put words in the mouths of the dying on September 11. This is one scary guy,the hate oozes from his very soul.

Bin Laden is using the democrats talking points. If the people of this country vote Kerry as president, I can assure you Bin Laden will use that to his advantage.

He will be telling the Arab world he defeated the President Bush and he will use that as a recruiting tool.

If people in this country think they will be able to make a deal with terrorists, they had better think again. As Mohammad said, "War is deception". Terrorists can't be trusted to keep their word. They use the Koran to justify any action they choose.

THEY WANT US ALL DEAD. THAT'S THE ONLY THING YOU CAN COUNT ON. We must defeat them or we loose.

If the people in this country believe Kerry and vote him into office, THEY DESERVE WHAT THEY GET. Unfortunately the rest of us will also pay the price for their ignorance and STUPIDITYL

I wonder if the speech was really from Osama or his first in command, using the likeness of Osama.

A vote for Kerry is a vote for bin Laden

UBL plans on taking credit for defeating W

That was the purpose of this tape.

No-one except a dumb thief plays with the security of others and then makes himself believe he will be secure. Whereas thinking people, when disaster strikes, make it their priority to look for its causes, in order to prevent it happening again.

Looks like it depends on which statements you take out of context. (not meaning you personally)

ABOVE, first sentence. DESCRIBES KERRY TO A TEE!

Second sentence, PRESIDENT BUSH.

And you can read this, if you wish, in my interview with Scott in Time Magazine in 1996, or with Peter Arnett on CNN in 1997, or my meeting with John Weiner in 1998.>>>>

How helpful that OBL includes his own footnotes.
My brain fries reading that transcript.

I just have this inkling that OBL didnt create this tape of his own volition.

I'm going to forward it in emails to friends. Wish I got ahold of this yesterday.

IS IT BIN LADEN or KERRY?

I have read this over several times. I know Bin Laden may/did have formal ENGLISH education, but there is quite a bit of alliteration that a foreigner would not use.

For instance, instead of referring to 9/11 as an attack on the WTC, it refers to it as Manhattan.

I do not know who wrote this speech, but I claim it was not BIN LADEN, nor his fellow terrorists (whereever he is hiding).

It could have been written by his fellow terrorists living here in the U.S.

Sounds more like the writer that does the DEM TALKING POINTS and KERRY'S SPEECHES.

Maybe I need a padded room next to Uncle Walter's but I think it sounds more like John Kerry the Known Traitor than it sounds like OBL.

If this is factual, Michael Moore needs to be arrested immediately. Ok, so I'm not sure on the particular charges, but that boy needs to be pissing blood in a cold cage right now.

Agree.

And what the heck does this mean?

He fits the saying, "Like the naughty she-goat who used her hoof to dig up a knife from under the earth"
