Better advice from Bush/Cheney Team Re" Moore dirty trick

Posted on 10/31/2004 8:54:26 AM PST by TolucaLakeConservative

- For every camera crew you see, get two people to film *them*.

You cannot bring cameras to polls - will be regarded as INTIMIDATION by the other party - you cannot give them any excuses. Best thing is to get ANOTHER Witness and get a Witness Statement. This is advise from Bush/Cheney LEGAL team. Please make sure you pass this info around.

Ohio Judge has ruled that only ONE poll watcher from each party will be allowed at the polls. This will stop Moore and his jerks and their cameras. Call the cops if you see them their, it is illegal to be their with cameras anyway, don't just film them, take positive action and call the police to have them removed!!

Well then it's a good thing I've based an entire website on bringing your cameras to the polls that has been seen by about 20,000 folks. It's not intimidation, it's keeping an eye on the dirty Rats.

Here in Chesterfield County, VA there is an uproar from the ACLU and the NAACP about the county's decision to post police at the polling areas in case there is trouble.

In my experience, the only people afraid of the cops are the BAD GUYS.

WAKE UP AMERICA!

Here's what it says about this from the California poll training manual that I have:

No electioneering shall take place on Election Day within 100 feet of the polls.
Electioneering includes, but is not limited to:
D. Photograph, videotape, othewise record a voter entering or exiting a polling place.

News Media Pictures or filming....Because of the revised law on electionering, members of the media may no longer take pictures or film at the polls.

So....I imagine if they are over the 100 feet and don't photo voters entering the polling place, they will probably get away with it.

I posted on another thread about this matter that anywhere Moore is videotaping, we need freepers or Republicans videotaping HIM!

Petition a judge to subpoena all of their footage.

Moore's not going to send cameras out there unless he has also arranged for actors to play the role of evil Republicans.

it's not his filming it's his Eni Reifensthal editing. No film, and he's got nothing to edit into propaganda.

Naaah. Just tell the Mikey Moore goons that voting fraud is as much about people voting illegally as it is about people not be allowed to vote and that it's pretty clear that Mikey doesn't understand the Law any better than he understands the Truth.
