NBC News star Campbell Brown is taking undercover reporting to a new level. The sultry correspondent is dating former Bush White House adviser Dan Senor, we hear. Word is he and Brown have been dating since at least the Democratic National Convention.
Brown has done several interviews with Senor. While declining to comment on Brown's personal life, an NBC rep said it sees no conflict of interest in her covering the race for the White House.
Brown isn't the only newswoman who likes political pillow talk. The Boston Globe's Washington bureau chief Nina Easton is engaged to Russ Schreifer, a Republican campaign strategist who specializes in gathering research against John Kerry.
But Easton, who collaborated with other Globe reporters on "John F. Kerry," maintains she and Schreifer maintain an ethical "Chinese wall" between their personal and professional lives.

My impression was always that she was a clinton apologist, and that she was more-or-less on the gore side during the recount, but I could be wrong.

I've never seen a reporter looking so contemptuous of those she was covering as Brown looked on the floor of the Republican convention--she stood with one hand on her hip, and held the mike out at arm's length to those she was interviewing, as if she didn't want to get too close. I kept switching back to make sure I wasn't imagining things.
I'm still undecided as to which is the oddest couple....Carville /Matalin...or Alan Greenspan and Andrea Mitchell..

She's always been a Dem shill...but she is mighty hot. I personally think the ladys at Fox are hotter, though.

Her lips do funny, weird things when she talks, so I can't focus on anything else. It's as though she's making funny faces all the while.
But then I'm an old lady and maybe my perceptions are a bit different from the guys here.

Campbell Brown is most likely NOT "one of us" politically. She comes from a very democratic family in Louisiana. Her father was a Dem Insurance Commissioner in the Governor Edwin Edwards administration. They were both sent to prison. Jim Brown is out now. Edwards is still serving time.
Politics aside, she's probably a very nice person, as is Dan Senor.
