I've got a feeling that this debate probably wrapped up 90% of the undecideds and that the last debate will not have much viewership.

I wish. Undecideds unfortunately don't often stay "wrapped up," and we've got a long way to go (and no telling how many hit pieces) before 2 November.

However, the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth are still lurking out there. :-)

I think the Democrats are going to be seriously disheartened come Monday morning. Bush won the debate, PM Howard got reelected in Australia after vowing to keep his troops in Iraq if he was reelected, and the elections in Afghanistan went off without a hitch. Seems like a lot of good things are breaking our way. May be time for those who professed they are leaving the country of the President gets reelected to book their seats.

I think it's time for all of us to volunteer our time and energy to get Dubya re-elected. Take nothing for granted, for the libs will not remain disheartened and will stop at nothing to regain power.

The two most important points here. Last night, the likeability factor kicked in. Voters gravitate to the most likeable person, and President Bush was the best candidate in this category by far. People were reminded why they didn't 'take' to Kerry in the first place.

Likability, what all the pro-pundits scoring points just don't get. Bush gets it though, so do I, and so does the America that goes to the polls on November 2nd!

By contrast I thought Kerry couldn't quite hide his know it all, head of the class, aspect that no one likes. He was also negative, while Bush was positive.
Again, I think these are all things that pundits fail to understand. they just score these things like high school debates, and people at home may agree with that on the points, but there is more to the story that translates to how they vote.

The MUTE button works the best, if you don't want to be TOTALLY out of it before the elections (but you have to be quick). I found that better to use than crunching down popcorn and singing to drown out Kerry's blathering.

Every time Kerry says "I've been very clear about that" or "Ive been consistant about that" (which he does often when he has been unclear and inconsistant) he loses. People who are clear and consistant don't need to tell you they are. It's like somebody telling you what an honest person they are. It simply raises suspicion.
