Hmmm... my son-in-law was in the 1st Armored Division and stationed in Germany/Iraq until this past January.
Like you have said here, I have heard nothing but good reports from my daughters during their time in Germany. Heard of one little protest group they saw outside the post gate but the local Polizi (sp?) quickly broke that up and one of them even rode over to my daughter and apologized for the scene.
Scary, eh?
It's a Muslim compound much like Waco. They don't even allow the Sheriff on the property.
What concerns me with these Muslim groups in the U.S. and their open and aggressive backing of Kerry is that should another 9/11 event occur (not impossible, by a long shot) they will have set their community up to be REALLY discriminated against by a population fearful of their working with the enemy. Muslims should be engaged in an all out publicity campaign to convince their fellow citizens that they despise these killers as much as anyone else, not trying to outdo Michael Moore.

They think allah will save their muzlimb asses if an armed conflict breaks out in America after the election.
