See... Badnarik will obviously not make nearly the difference that Perot made, but its still a threat in such a close election. I'm just trying to make sure that conservatives aren't going to abandon Bush because of fiscal issues the way they did his father. This election is getting a little too close for comfort.

I know, I would gladly have taken my vote back, if I could have saved Bush Sr. And though I am not completley happy with W's Presidency; in total he's the only way to go. And I don't have to say "anybody but Kerry", though that would be a true statement.

Well minors should allways be considered in the law, they don't even have constituional rights and their parents are legaly responsible for them.

Not that I was ever a big fan of Browne, but compared to this crackpot, he comes off as Reagan and Churchill rolled up into one.

The LP used to be a mildy amusing diversion (I can't take seriously any party in which the main political issue is legalizing pot -- not that I'm against legalizing or decriminalizing it, just that I don't think it rates as a major issue), but has since teetered into anti-American (and anti-Semitic) territory.

I apologize for my ignorance. I re-read the constitution and found your reference.

Amendment XIV

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws except for those that have not obtained the age of majority as determined by the various states or the congress.
