We are in total agreement. I used the bar as an example of how poorly self regulation within the community of lawyers works.

Interestingly, while self-regulation among lawyers doesn't work very well, it isn't hard to find lawyers willing to sue each other for malpractice if the client is willing to pay the fees. Doesn't help here, though!

It used to be difficult to get a *good* lawyer to go after another lawyer. Now the field is so overpopulated, they are even willing to cannibalize their own, if the money is right.
